PREPPING FOR PAINT

I used Por-15 in the impossible to reach areas of the chassis only.  As I do not like the finish that it provides, however it is a good product for rust.  I will be using an undercoating gun for this application.  See photos...

WARNING! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE USE OF  ANY UNDERCOATING ON ANY VEHICLE AS IT CAN AND WILL CAUSE THE DAMAGE THAT YOU ARE TRYING TO PREVENT.  THE UNDERCOATING WILL TRAP CONTAMINANTS UNDERNEATH AND CREATE A DESTRUCTIVE ENVIRONMENT.

Using undercoating gun disperses fluids in a circular pattern to allow for excellent coverage in hidden areas
Yes I have no gloves on, BIG MISTAKE, Por-15 doesn't come off.
Rear tunnel sprayed Still no gloves
Front tunnel sprayed

The next 8 photos will show how I used light weight body filler, 80 grit sand paper, followed by 220 grit sand paper to prep for final paint.  I will not be using a filler primer.  When plastic work is complete it will only leave a light film.
